Its expertise supports research on statistical and big data strategies with SHM systems for detecting and predicting structural damage in harsh environments over long periods. VCE will test these methods through short-term and long-term campaigns on infrastructure, providing real measurement data for testing developed tools in demonstration case studies.

The business purpose of EE Infratec is the provision of metering point operation services based on intelligent metering technology, including the control of systems in accordance with the provisions of the “Messstellenbetriebsgesetz”.

The Safety Region Utrecht (VRU) is a public body coordinating emergency services across 26 municipalities, serving 1.4 million residents. VRU manages fire, emergency services, crisis response preparation, risk assessment, and large-scale medical coordination. It operates a Safety Information Centre and an Operational Core Team for crisis management.
